English First is a franchise that has been part of the TEFL world for quite a long time. One thing they seem to be famous for is moving people up the ladder very quickly. You just need 2 years teaching experience to become a DOS.This means that if you stay with EF for a couple years, you could easily get a position in management or admin. They have many jobs in China, Russia, and Indonesia, but these aren't the only countries they have centres in.
