Commonly used with young learners and children, it can be used with all age groups. Giving students jobs allows students to be responsible, help you, and lets students help each other. There are many things they can do, from handing out papers, collecting them, helping other students, decorating a bulletin board, and more.You can find some ideas at K6 Educators, Scholastic, and The Cornerstone for Teachers. With older students you could have them help the slower students or translate for those who need it.
